According to The Sun, Jade Goody's widow and events promoter Ashley Rubin have been taken in for questioning by police, who arrived at Tweed's East London home at 7am this morning.
"A female in her late teens has made an allegation of sexual assault," confirmed a Met spokesperson. "The alleged incident occurred in the Redbridge area in the early hours of this morning.
"Two men in their 20s have been arrested in connection with the inquiry and remain in custody at an East London police station."
The girl is believed to have met Tweed and his friends at a nightclub before going back to his home, where she has claimed that Tweed and Rubin committed a serious sexual assualt in the bedroom.
The investigation is currently being held by Redbridge CID.
