Dannii Minogue's lover 'ready to propose'

Dannii Minogue's boyfriend Kris Smith has sparked more rumours that he is planning to pop the question.

The former rugby player, who recently embarked on a new career as a fashion model, admitted that he already has his proposal planned.

He told the Daily Star: "I would definitely pull out all the stops and go down on one knee."

The newspaper claimed that Smith is waiting for the right moment to ask Minogue to marry him after recently buying a diamond engagement ring.

A source close to the ex-sportsman added: "He can't believe his luck and has been showing off intimate photos of him and Dannii together on dates."

Smith was previously tipped to propose to the X Factor judge last month.
