The widower of reality TV star Jade Goody, who is charged with rape, confirmed his name, address and date of birth at Redbridge Magistrates’ Court in East London, reports The Mirror.
Tweed has been kept in custody until September 21. He will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
Tweed was arrested yesterday after a 19-year-old female made allegations of sexual assault.
