According to The Mirror, the cage-fighter, who is seen raping and throttling co-star Yvette Rowland in the movie, said that he will still appear in the film despite the scenes with a disabled woman.
Actress Julie Fernandez is reportedly dragged out of her wheelchair and assaulted by another character in the film.
A source said: "This set-piece was on the cards from day one. Alex knew about it. It was scripted from the beginning and is one of the most violent pieces in the film, which takes some doing. Quite how Julie's character is going to be raped and murdered is going to be sorted on the day and depends how far she wants to go."
Spokesman Surjit Singh Clair said: "As far as we're concerned he will be involved until the very end."
Price has not commented on the new scenes, although she previously insisted that media coverage of Killer Bitch is exaggerated.
