The 27-year-old singer is alleged to have tied the knot with The Dream, real name Terius Youngdell Nash, at the Little White Wedding Chapel last Friday at midnight.
A source is also reported to have told MTV News that the pair were planning further ceremonies in Rome and the US.
Milian confirmed her engagement in July after she was spotted wearing a six-carat ring in New York, adding that she wanted her "closest and friends and family" to attend their wedding.
Representatives for the couple have yet to comment.
