Jessica Simpson, John Mayer back together?

The two singers were together for almost a year during 2006, before Mayer finally ended the romance in 2007. He has since dated Jennifer Aniston, while Simpson recently ended her relationship with Tony Romo.
Speaking to Touch magazine, a source said: "They've always had an amazing connection."
However, the insider added: "Jessica is kidding herself that her and John stand a chance."
The pair denied meeting in a Los Angeles restaurant last month.
