The father-of-eight recently suggested that he loved the 22-year-old more than his estranged wife Kate, while Glassman has revealed that he is her "first love".
Jon spoke to E! about an In Touch story that alleged that the two have stopped dating.
He said: "We're together and happy as ever. In fact, she's with me in Pennsylvania for the first time!"
Kate earlier stated that it was "too soon" for Jon to be dating Glassman and explained that she is "horrified" by his behaviour since the pair split in June.
