The singer also told ABC show 20/20 that Michael looked "absolutely fabulous" when he was laid to rest last week.
La Toya said: "I don't think we'll find a person as talented, a person who thought the way he thought. A person with the heart that Michael had.
"People aren't that way anymore. He was special. He wasn't God, but he was certainly godlike. He was the closest thing to a god that I knew."
Of his burial, she added: "He was dressed in all white pearl beads going across, draped across. A beautiful big gold belt.
"Like a belt that you win being a boxer. Full makeup. His hair was done beautifully, his makeup was done beautifully."
She added that she blamed her brother's death on the doctors and anyone else who gave him drugs while he was alive.
Earlier this week, Mercury Prize winner Speech Debelle compared Michael's life to that of Jesus.
