Applegate denies engagement rumours

Christina Applegate has laughed off speculation that she is engaged to her musician boyfriend Martyn LeNoble.

The Samantha Who star had reportedly sparked rumours of an impending marriage after she was snapped wearing a band on her ring finger.

Speaking to Women's Health Magazine, she said: "Can a girl please wear a ring on her left hand and not have it be all, 'Is she engaged?'"

Applegate, 37, was previously married to actor Johnathon Schaech for four years before they divorced in 2005.
