Jackson homicide inquest 'nearly complete'

The homicide investigation into the death of Michael Jackson is close to completion, it has been claimed.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources have revealed that the star's personal doctor Conrad Murray remains the only person under investigation with regard to the case.

Medical experts are expected to submit the results of the inquest within three weeks, with the presentation to the District Attorney due a week later.

It is further believed that should he be charged with a crime relating to the death, Murray would not be formally arrested before a charge was lodged.

As previously reported, Jackson's brother Tito has announced that he doesn't hold a grudge against Murray.
