Kate co-hosted The View for a two-day stint earlier this week, while she suggested on air that Jon had let the 22-year-old visit with their kids at their Pennsylvania home.
He told E!: "I've never brought Hailey to meet the kids. Nor do I plan on doing that anytime soon."
Glassman responded to the allegations via her Twitter page, saying: "I was never at Jon and Katezilla's house nor did I meet the children, and nor am I in a rush to.
"When the truth finally comes out, the public owes Jon and I a HUGE apology, until then keep hating n being blinded, Bunch of Helen Keller's (sic)."
Jon recently proclaimed that he and Glassman are "together and happy as ever".
