Katie Price denies Peter Andre texts

Katie Price has denied sending texts to her soon-to-be ex-husband Peter Andre begging for a reconciliation.

Andre has claimed that he was left "a bit speechless" by the messages purportedly from Price.

However, Price told OK: "I haven't sent him any texts like that for absolutely ages.

"Unless one of my friends used my phone and sent it for a laugh. I lost my phone a couple of weeks ago.''

Andre later told This Morning: "I was getting texts. There was a group of us in a room and there was someone from the media that was there as well.

"We were all having a good night and I was getting these texts from nowhere and everyone was looking and going, 'What?'. If that wasn't enough the voice messages were coming in too."

He added: "I knew that was going to come out. I knew someone was going to say something about that. And you know what, what would I need to lie about something like that?

''I don't want to come on here and say something bad about her or bad about anything, it's just that that was something that happened.''
