Iglesias and Kournikova are not married?

Despite recent reports that Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias were married, a friend has disagreed.

Last week it was rumoured that the tennis star and Hero singer had engaged in a secret wedding ceremony in Mexico a few weeks ago. The rumours sprang from Kournikova's own mouth, as she claimed that they were married.

She was seen with what was thought to be a wedding band at a charity tennis event last week, but the friend says that it was actually an adornment she has owned for a year.

The source told People: "They definitely did not get married. They're very happy together, but marriage is not something that they're planning in their lives right now."
