Caruso ex-girlfriend 'drops lawsuit'

Liza Marquez sued the CSI: Miami star in April, claiming that he broke his promise to provide her with £684,930 in financial support after their split in 2007.
Marquez filed suit for fraud, breach of settlement and emotional distress, saying that Caruso had threatened to "bury her" if she pursued the money.
However, TMZ reports that Marquez has now requested the dismissal of the case.
The papers state that she is "not recovering anything of value" from the lawsuit.
Marquez and Caruso began their relationship in 2004 and have two children together.
