Heigl husband: 'New baby is awesome'

Katherine Heigl's husband has praised their newly adopted daughter during a concert in Ohio, according to People.

The Grey's Anatomy actress and musician Josh Kelley recently confirmed that they had adopted a 10-month-old daughter from Korea called Nancy Leigh.

Speaking to an audience in Oxford, Ohio on Friday night, the singer said: "We adopted a baby from Korea, me and my girl, and she's awesome, dude! This girl is the bomb!"

Kelley also performed a new song that he had written for the baby, nicknamed Naleigh, which contained the lyrics: "Just to see you in mummy's arms is all I need."

He added: "It's like I have Gerber all over my knee and it doesn't even matter. I love it."

Heigl and Kelley recently posted photographs of their new daughter on the actress's Jason Heigl Foundation website.
