Brown has faced widespread criticism in recent months over the ongoing war in Afghanistan, the politicians' expenses scandal, the faltering economy and the controversial release of Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi.
The 'Holiday' star has now joined the debate, maintaining that Brown is not good enough to lead Britain and should quit.
In an interview with the BBC, Rascal was asked when he thought the UK could expect to elect a black prime minister.
He replied: "I don't know. When are we going to have a good prime minister?"
