The 'Take On Me' singer admitted that he was upset after hearing that Swayze had passed away earlier this month. Harket explained that he was a big fan of the Dirty Dancing star and enjoyed speaking with him in the past, Contactmusic reports.
He said: "I met him once and I was really sad when he died because Michael Jackson passed away and that's been such an uproar, but you haven't seen any of that with Patrick Swayze. I really like him as an actor and I was lucky to meet him once and he was such a nice guy.
"He came up to me and he introduced himself and said, 'You know, we could be brothers!' He was actually the first one to think that he and I looked alike."
Swayze died last week at the age of 57 after a 20-month battle with pancreatic cancer.
