The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tied the knot with Odom, a forward for the Los Angeles Lakers, at a private residence on Sunday evening.
She was walked down the aisle by stepfather Bruce Jenner shortly after 5pm wearing a Vera Wang gown. Her sisters Kim and Kourtney also accompanied her to the altar.
Other people involved in the wedding included her half-sisters Kendall and Kylie, actresses Khadijah and Malika Haqq and Lauren London.
The 250 guests at the ceremony, who were entertained by a ten-piece orchestra during the reception, included Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Kobe Bryant and Chelsea Handler.
Kardashian and Odom met through mutual friends over the summer and confirmed that they were dating earlier this month.
It was recently reported that they have sold their exclusive wedding photographs to OK magazine following a bidding war with Us Weekly and People.
