The 22-year-old's mother Mary recently admitted that her son wants to kill himself because he cannot cope with life behind bars at Pentonville Prison.
According to the Daily Star, Tweed has now started receiving taunts from prisoners who want to push him over the edge.
A source said: "Everyone knows who Jack is and no-one likes him. A lot of inmates love shouting at him, urging him to take his own life.
"It's not nice, but that's the way prison is. Rumours are rife that someone tried to get a razor blade to Jack so he could slash his wrists."
Tweed was sent back to prison earlier this month after being charged with rape. He has since vowed to "vigorously defend" himself against the allegations he is facing.
The club promoter has previously served time for assault on two separate occasions.
