According to E! News, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star jetted to New Orleans to see Bush following her sister Khloe's wedding on Sunday evening.
"The wedding made her miss him, so she flew to see him," explained one insider.
Another source added to People: "They're totally back together for real.
"Kim and Reggie spent a few months apart getting their priorities together and figuring out who they were as individuals so they can make it work together."
It has been reported that Bush's parents were among the guests at Khloe's nuptials to NBA star Lamar Odom.
Kardashian, 28, and 24-year-old Bush separated in July after a two-year relationship.
