Editor Bono tackles poverty
World poverty was top priority for Bono earlier when he acted as guest editor on BBC Four's Today current affairs programme.

Chancellor Gordon Brown made an appearance to react to the U2 frontman's calls for a more pro-active approach to combatting poverty.

Also on the show former US President Bill Clinton spoke of the current crisis in Asia and the UK's senior police officer advised the government against the proposed 24-hour drinking legislation.
