Suvari 'to marry in Italy next year'

American Pie actress Mena Suvari has revealed that she is planning to marry her music producer boyfriend in Rome next year.

The 30-year-old actress became engaged to Simone Sestito during a vacation to Jamaica last year.

Speaking to Us Weekly, she said: "It's going to be next June, outside of Rome. My fiancé is Italian so he has family there."

She added that designer Stacey Bendet is working on her wedding dress, explaining: "I've been mailing her tear sheets! I want it to be romantic meets modern-chic."

The couple reportedly flew to Italy last year to scope venues for their nuptials.

Suvari divorced cinematographer Robert Brinkmann in 2006 after six years of marriage.
