Jackson's estate sues charity?
Published Wednesday, Sep 30 2009, 19:14 BST | By Oli Simpson

Jackson's heirs are suing the Heal the World Foundation for unfair competition, trademark infringements and several other offences, maintaining that the organisation wrongly implied that the late singer had endorsed it, reports BBC News.
The estate is also looking to ban the unauthorised use of phrases such as 'King Of Pop' and 'Thriller', believing that they are closely associated with the star.
The Heal the World Foundation has yet to comment.
