Chris Rock 'won't joke about Kanye West'

Comedian Chris Rock has said that he has banned himself from making jokes about Kanye West.

The 'Love Lockdown' star has been widely criticised in recent months for acting inappropriately at a series of high-profile events. In September, he invaded the stage at the MTV VMAs to protest against Taylor Swift's 'Best Female Video' win.

Contactmusic quotes Rock as saying: "I don't talk about Kanye because he's a rapper, and he can put you in a song where you get dissed every day.

"Every single day, every 20 minutes on the radio, you are getting dissed - and far too many things rhyme with 'Rock'."

Concert promoter Live Nation confirmed today that West and Lady GaGa's upcoming 'Fame Kills' tour has been cancelled.
