Harrison Ford: "I have a huge ego"

Harrison Ford has admitted that he has a "huge ego".

However, the Indiana Jones star explained that it helps him with his work, Contactmusic reports.

"If any actor says he doesn't care what's written about him, he's a liar," Ford said. "Actors are completely devoured by our own egos.

"I have a huge ego, too, but I invest it in my work based on the principle that you can always improve.

"If I know I'm right, I fight to the end to make sure people understand me. I always say, 'If you hire me, you have to listen to me'."

Ford recently said that he would like to reprise his role as Indiana Jones in a fifth film.
