Price 'turns up to Cowell's party drunk'

Katie Price turned up to Simon Cowell's 50th birthday party drunk, it has been reported.

According to The Mirror, the glamour model made an appearance just before 11pm.

The newspaper said that Price was obviously a little worse for wear - and was sent away by Cowell after making her way to the top table.

Despite this, a source told the publication that the party was a big success.

They stated: "It was typical Simon - cheeky and fun with one surprise after another.

"Everyone sat on velvet chairs and were given a choice of fish fingers and mushy peas or shepherd's pie."

However, Sinitta told the tabloid that Cowell does not enjoy being the focus of attention.

She said:"It's daunting for him. He hates people making a fuss over him."
