Dwight Yorke 'demands access to Harvey'

Dwight Yorke is considering taking legal action to secure formal access rights to his son Harvey, according to a report.

The former footballer recently accused the 7-year-old's mother Katie Price of preventing him from seeing his child, adding that they struggled to form a "bond" as a result of her decision.

Yorke has now indicated that he will be "making inroads down the legal route" in a bid to solve the dispute, the Daily Star claims.

However, it is thought that Price believes her ex-partner is exploiting Harvey in order to promote his new autobiography.

She allegedly told friends: "If Dwight is so desperate to see his son, why haven't I heard from him while he has been in London? I'd never stop him seeing Harvey, he is only using him to sell his book. It's sick."

Price has reportedly said that Peter Andre should be regarded as Harvey's real father.
