Hawkins 'in fashion label dispute'

Jennifer Hawkins has been caught up in a legal dispute over the name of her new bikini label Cozi.

According to The Australian, the founder of men's swimwear line Caussie has objected to Hawkins's similar-sounding label.

Although the former Miss Universe launched her swimwear range at Myer department store in August, Caussie owner Kevin Stapley apparently lodged his complaint to the brand name in February.

The case is scheduled to be heard before a tribunal early next year.
