Helen Mirren: 'I love bad boys'

Dame Helen Mirren has admitted that she loves "bad boys" like Vince Vaughn and Russell Brand.

The Oscar winner will appear in The Tempest alongside Brand and considers Vaughn a family friend.

Speaking at the Couples Retreat premiere in Los Angeles, Dame Helen told PA: "Dodgeball is in my top ten movies - that was when I first saw Vince. Don't tell my husband but I kind of fell in love with him. I'm here with that ulterior motive, don't tell anyone!

"I like those bad boys like Vince and Russell!"

On the subject of working with Brand, Mirren added: "We only got one little scene together but he's an absolute doll, I love him."
