George Michael 'denies he was dumped'

George Michael has reportedly lashed out at reports suggesting that he had split from partner of 13 years Kenny Goss, and insists that the pair are still together.

The former Wham! singer was believed to have broken up with Goss back in December, after the art gallery owner grew tired of Michael's frequent brushes with police for drug use and promiscuous behaviour.

According to The Mirror, Goss finally walked away from the relationship several weeks after the singer was arrested in a men's toilet block on London's Hampstead Heath.

However, the 46-year-old has spoken out to refute the rumours - and claims that the couple are only apart because Goss is preparing an exhibition in Dallas.

A spokesperson for the star said: "There is no truth in the matter at all. Kenny has been away in Dallas where he owns a gallery but is scheduled to return home this Friday. They are planning a lovely weekend together."
