Price: 'Divorce parties are great'

Katie Price has denied that her plans for a divorce party are aimed at upsetting her soon-to-be ex-husband Peter Andre.

The glamour model will reportedly hold a "big blow-out" with her friends when her divorce from Andre is finalised.

Price told OK: "Divorce parties are a great idea. Everyone should have one. It’s not about getting back at your ex, it’s about celebrating the fact that you are over your marriage.

"When I do mine it's not because I'm single, it's because I'm celebrating the marriage coming to the end. They're like baby showers. And why not? Any excuse for a party!"

Regarding claims that she maintained a "love shrine" for Andre at her Surrey home, Price added: "I pray at it every night apparently. The only thing I worship is Alex [Reid’s] gorgeous body!"
