Sarandon urges stars not to talk

Susan Sarandon advises celebrities not to be too open about their love lives with the press as no good can come of it.
The 58-year-old observes this rule herself regarding her 17-year relationship with Tim Robbins because she predicts unwelcome consequences if she divulges too much about their love life.
She says: "My formula for a successful relationship is never to talk about a successful formula, because it's bound to go wrong.
"At a certain point you have to decide that you are going to be with this person, and not be looking towards the door to see who else is coming in, in case they're better.
"I don't know when that point comes - maybe it's to do with age, or maybe it's who you're with.
"But you do have to decide to grow with them, and hopefully they will grow with you, too."
