Verne Troyer: "LA is so fake"

Verne Troyer has blasted the Los Angeles lifestyle, claiming that London is far more appealing.

The Austin Powers actor, who is currently in the capital to promote new movie The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, hinted that he may ditch Hollywood and move to Britain in the future.

He told the Daily Star: "I love London. I would move here. I like British people, everybody is so down to earth."

He added: "LA is so fake - girls there are so superficial."

Troyer finished in fourth place on Channel 4's Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year.

The star announced plans for his autobiography last week.
