Adele 'moves back in with her mother'

Adele has revealed that she is moving back in with her mother after living alone for some time.

The 'Chasing Pavements' singer said that she has bought a new apartment in Battersea, London for her and her mum because she did not like living on her own.

She told Bang Showbiz: "I moved out and tried to be all cool and student-esque and I couldn't do it, and she couldn't do it either. So we'll be living together again soon. Plus I wasn't very good at the housework."

The 21-year-old musician also confirmed that she has another housemate, saying: "I've got a dog called Louis Armstrong which I like taking for walks."

Adele did admit that her pet can be a career distraction, adding: "I'm working on my new album almost exclusively on the piano at the moment because the dog doesn't like the guitar. He gets scared and I don't want to upset him."
