Anderton 'attends boot camp to get fit'

Sophie Anderton has attended a boot camp in Norfolk in a bid to put her unhealthy lifestyle behind her, it has been claimed.

According to the Daily Mail, the former Gossard model spent the day on the beach taking part in various vigorous individual and team exercises.

Ex-Army instructors from the No.1 Boot Camp kept the 32-year-old at work from 6am to 6pm.

Following the training, participants retired to a country-house retreat for the night.

A camp spokeswoman said: "No one has any energy for partying at all. It's dinner at 7pm in the hotel and everyone crawls off to bed thoroughly exhausted."

She added: "Sophie's been on one of our boot camps before in Somerset, but she just wanted to tone up again with a few days' hard work."

This comes after Anderton recently admitted that she has "probably" slept with men for money in the past.
