Jo Wood: 'I want Ronnie back in my life'

Strictly Come Dancing star Jo Wood has admitted that she would like estranged husband Ronnie back in her life.

Speaking to Hello!, the former model explained that she has forgiven the Rolling Stones star for his affair with Ekaterina Ivanova and wants the whole family to put it behind them.

Commenting on her kids' reaction to their dad leaving, she stated: "I said to them, 'Come on, he's your father, you have to make an effort'.

"He's slowly making friends with the kids again but it's difficult and these things take time.

"I think maybe he was a bit nervous at first but he shouldn't be. I've forgiven him and I'm not bitter about anything he's done. Life's too short to be like that.

"I would love for Ronnie to be back in our family's life. So yes, I hope he'll be able to come over for Sunday lunch and that we'll all sit down together and talk and laugh and be great friends. I am very open for that."

The couple have two children together, Leah and Tyrone. Jo also has son Jamie from a previous relationship.
