'SNL' star Hader 'welcomes baby girl'

Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader has become a father for the first time, according to People.

The actor and comedian reportedly welcomed daughter Hannah Kathryn Hader with wife Maggie Carey on October 6.

Hader announced that the couple were expecting their first child together in August.

"I'm really excited. I think it's going to be awesome," he said at the time.

The pair tied the knot in 2006.
