Brinkley, ex-husband 'discuss settlement'

Christie Brinkley and ex-husband Peter Cook have reportedly been discussing a proposed settlement over details of their divorce.

The couple had been engaged in a court battle after accusing each other of violating the terms of their 2008 divorce settlement.

Earlier today, a spokesperson for Brinkley had told People that she was "completely vindicated" in their settlement.

However, an attorney for Cook has since told The AP that no agreement has been finalised yet.

Brinkley's representative had claimed that the settlement did not grant any of the requests made by Cook, including anger management classes and surrendering their children's passports to a third party.

According to the New York Post, a judge has now requested that the couple return to court this morning to discuss the settlement.
