Rimes: 'I don't read the tabloids'

LeAnn Rimes has insisted that she does not let tabloid coverage of her private life bother her.

The singer hit the headlines earlier this year when she split from husband Dean Sheremet and was later linked to Northern Lights co-star Eddie Cibrian.

Both Rimes and Cibrian have denied allegations that they had an affair.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, she said: "That's what they do, but I'm good.

"I'm really happy and I try not to let that bother me. I don't read it."

Rimes added to People that the subject of her upcoming album would be split "down the middle between heartbreak and love".

The LP is scheduled for release next year.
