Clooney: 'I'll adopt Brad Pitt's kids'

George Clooney has joked that he will adopt Brad Pitt's children if he wants to become a father.

Speaking at the London Film Festival press conference for Fantastic Mr Fox, Clooney discussed playing a dad to Jason Schwartzman's fox cub Ash.

"Just having Jason here next to me, I feel like a father," he said. "He just got married, by the way, so I feel like a grandfather in many ways. I'm jumping right into it!"

"Do you intend to adopt?" asked co-star Bill Murray.

"I am. I'm going to adopt some of Brad Pitt's kids," joked Clooney, referring to Pitt's six children with Angelina Jolie. "I owe him a few."
