Halle Berry will not have to pay husband Eric Benet any money as a result of their divorce.
Benet, who reportedly cheated on Berry, threatened to ignore a pre-nuptial agreement and try to obtain some of her fortune in a divorce settlement.
Showbiz insider Harvey Levin told The People, "What's hers is hers, what's his is his. She even keeps the Hollywood house they lived in. He didn't get a cent."
The result came after a battle with Benet's legal team. Halle is expected to share a home with new love Michael Ealy, but has vowed not to marry again.
