McFly's Danny Jones denies Lott romance

McFly member Danny Jones has dismissed speculation that he is dating pop singer Pixie Lott.

The News of the World claimed yesterday that Lott met Jones when she was touring with The Saturdays. Jones's bandmate Dougie Poynter dates Saturdays star Frankie Sandford.

According to the reports, the two musicians had "chemistry".

However, McFly's representatives have denied that the pair are together, insisting that the duo have only met once.

"Pixie and Danny did meet up once with mutual friends a few weeks ago, but there is no romance at this stage," his spokesperson said.
