Lohan to put restraining order on dad?

Lindsay Lohan wants a restraining order against her father, it has been reported.

The Mean Girls actress is reportedly "scared" by Michael's recent behaviour and is seeking legal action to prevent him from contacting her.

A source told People: "Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She's scared. This is really serious."

Michael has recently spoken out to claim that his daughter is addicted to prescription drugs and that he wanted to "kidnap" her in order to help "get her straight".

Meanwhile, Lindsay's mother Dina slammed her ex-husband for criticising the star on TV.
