P. Diddy 'laughs off missing ring'

P. Diddy has brushed off the reported loss of a $20,000 (£13,335) ring, joking that he "didn't like" the jewellery anyway.

The hip-hop star's appearance on TV chart show 106 & Park last Tuesday was marred when he accidentally flung his valuable band into the crowd during his entrance.

The rapper wrote on his Twitter page: "A lot of people askin about a ring I lost. Yes I did. And that's OK. I lose things too. You win some you lose some. My loss is anothers gain.

"It's OK to lose things because it makes you appreciate what you still have! I didn't like that ring anyway! (sic)"
