Prejean 'sued over breast implants'

Carrie Prejean has reportedly been sued over funds she received to have a breast implant.

The 22-year-old was stripped of her Miss California crown in June for failing to meet her contractually obligated appearances.

She later took legal action against pageant organisers Keith Lewis, Shanna Moakler and K2 Productions.

K2 has now filed a countersuit, claiming that Prejean owes them $5,200 (£3,177) for the surgery, E! reports.

"Had [Prejean] heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgement, she might have avoided this legal battle," the suit reads.

Lewis added in a statement: "We are saddened by the necessity to file a counterclaim today against Carrie Prejean. Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organisation."

Prejean also caused controversy with her answer to judge Perez Hilton's question about the legalisation of gay marriage. She recently helped the National Organisation For Marriage launch a new campaign against non-traditional unions.
