Myers, Diaz 'not banned from Twitter'

Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz have denied rumours that they have been banned from using Twitter by studio bosses.

Recent speculation has suggested that Hollywood producers are eager to clamp down on stars using the social networking site amid fears that they will let slip important details about upcoming film projects.

Myers and Diaz, who are currently working on the forthcoming Shrek sequel, were rumoured to be the first hit by a wave of contract clauses forbidding them from using Twitter.

However, representatives for the pair told Gossip Cop that the stories are "completely false".
