Usher 'finalises divorce from estranged wife'

Usher has allegedly ended his bitter divorce battle with his wife of two years.

The 'Yeah!' singer filed for an annulment from former stylist Tameka Foster in June, demanding joint custody of their sons Usher Raymond V, 22 months, and Naviyd, 10 months.

However, the split became acrimonious last month when the pair got embroiled in a "verbal argument" over the phone regarding weekend care.

According to TMZ, Usher declared himself single after signing divorce documents in August. Foster later claimed that she was given "no warning" that the star was planning to leave her.

The couple's status did not officially change until Wednesday once court files were marked as "disposed".
