Christensen sues producer for $3 million

Hayden Christensen and his brother are suing a producer for nearly $3m (£1,839,644).

TMZ reports that in 2005, Christensen signed a deal with Philippe Martinez to star in a film called Crash Bandits, while his brother Tove agreed to be the co-producer.

The pair also signed a deal that meant that Martinez would pay for the right to be involved in the brothers' future projects.

The brothers reportedly trusted Martinez because he told them that he had a $500,000,000 (£306,607,400) bankroll.

However, the pair have now filed a lawsuit claiming that the film never got made and Martinez never paid them.
