Mel B has described her keep-fit regime as "nuts".
The former Spice Girl, who is apparently planning to qualify as a personal trainer, said that she takes exercise to extremes because she loves the feeling it gives her.
Mel B told New magazine: "I do an hour every other day. What I do depends on where I am - sometimes I do my own fitness DVD with friends and laugh at myself, other times I run for an hour doing sprints and walks."
She continued: "I like to work out with other people, so we might do an army training class or do a hike if I'm in Los Angeles."
The singer added: "As for the sit-ups, I don't do 600 every day. I do it at the end of my workout. I change position every ten reps, so it goes very quickly. I rest every 200. It is nuts, but I like exercise."
