Katie Price: 'I won't have a breakdown'

Katie Price has claimed that her critics are trying to drive her to an emotional breakdown.

The glamour girl told the Daily Record that she will stay strong in spite of the media backlash she has suffered in recent months.

Price explained: "This is a job I have been doing since the age of 17. People can be cruel. I think they are trying to make me have a breakdown and end up in the Priory.

"But I won't let it get me down. I know what is right or wrong, and so do my family and friends."

On her future plans, she continued: "I've signed a deal with ITV to make some more shows and my autobiography comes out next year. I just want to get on with my life now. It's not about money, it's about achieving goals and being successful."

The 31-year-old split from husband Peter Andre in May. Their divorce was finalised last week.
